Welcome to Whisker Wiggles! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our pet sitting and care services in Dubai, UAE. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a booking request, creating an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.
Our Services
Whisker Wiggles provides professional pet care services including:
- Dog sitting and cat sitting
- Overnight pet sitting at your home
- Dog walking services
- Pet feeding and medication administration
- Photo and video updates
- GPS walk tracking
- Emergency pet care coordination
Services are provided by licensed, insured, and background-checked pet sitters throughout Dubai and surrounding areas.
Booking Process
Booking Requests
- Submit a booking request through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone
- Our admin team will review your request within a few hours
- We will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm details and availability
- Payment arrangements will be discussed during WhatsApp confirmation
- Booking is confirmed once payment terms are agreed upon
Meet and Greet
We offer complimentary meet-and-greet sessions before your first booking. This allows you to meet your assigned sitter and ensures compatibility with your pet.
Payment Terms
- Payment Method: Currently arranged via WhatsApp confirmation. Payment gateway integration coming soon.
- Pricing: Prices are listed on our website and may vary by service, duration, and special requirements
- Additional Fees: Extra charges may apply for last-minute bookings, holidays, multiple pets, or special services
- Currency: All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) or USD as specified
- Payment Schedule: Payment terms will be discussed during booking confirmation
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund
- 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- No-show: Full charge applies
Our Cancellations
If we must cancel due to sitter unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or alternative sitter arrangement.
Modifications
Changes to booking dates or services should be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Subject to availability.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet
- Disclose any behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special needs
- Ensure all required vaccinations are current
- Provide necessary supplies (food, medications, etc.)
- Ensure your home is safe for the sitter
- Provide emergency contact information and veterinarian details
- Inform us of any changes to pet health or behavior
- Be available or have an emergency contact reachable during service
Our Responsibilities
Whisker Wiggles commits to:
- Provide licensed and insured pet sitters
- Conduct background checks on all sitters
- Ensure sitters are trained in pet first aid
- Provide photo and video updates as agreed
- Respond to emergencies promptly
- Follow your pet care instructions
- Maintain confidentiality of your information
- Provide 24/7 support for active bookings
Liability and Insurance
Our Insurance
We maintain comprehensive insurance covering property damage and pet care liability during our services. Details available upon request.
Limitations
- We are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions
- We are not liable for damages caused by your pet to your property or third parties
- We are not liable for pet escape if proper precautions were taken
- Maximum liability is limited to the booking value unless gross negligence is proven
Emergency Care
In case of medical emergency, we will attempt to contact you and take your pet to the designated veterinarian or nearest emergency clinic. You are responsible for all veterinary costs.
Pet Requirements
To use our services, your pet must:
- Be up-to-date on all required vaccinations
- Be free from contagious diseases or parasites
- Not pose a danger to the sitter (aggressive behavior must be disclosed)
- Be properly socialized if around other pets
We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a safety risk or if information was misrepresented.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Whisker Wiggles and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Photos and videos taken of your pet during service may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If resolution is not possible:
- Disputes will be governed by UAE law
- Jurisdiction lies with Dubai courts
- We encourage mediation before legal action
Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone at any time
- Terminate service if Terms are violated
- Suspend accounts for non-payment or fraud
- Discontinue services with reasonable notice
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notification. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
